Meet Brian DeDiego. Founding member of Santa Cruz Real Estate Team which is a high-powered real estate sales team located in Santa Cruz County with influences in Monterey and the Silicon Valley.
I cover the California Real estate sales market with vast knowledge in NNN properties, Development, Syndications, Raw land, 1031 exchanges, apartment conversions, and multi-unit properties throughout the United States.
Real Estate portfolio for the past 30 years consists of apartment buildings, flip properties, new residential spec building, single family homes throughout California, Hawaii, Florida, and Michigan. Proud affiliate of California and National Association of Realtors. I obtained my real estate license immediately after graduating from Soquel High School in 1991.
Raised in Santa Cruz, I have specialized in residential and commercial real estate while consistently being one of Santa Cruz County’s top agents and negotiators.
